What does it draw?

Lines, polylines (including bulge arcs), circles, arcs, ellipses, splines and solids. It also expands block references, so drawings built from repeated symbols come out whole instead of empty... which is where a lot of quick DXF viewers give up.

Text and dimensions are listed but not drawn. The status line says what it skipped, so you always know if you're seeing the whole picture.

Does anything get uploaded?

No. The drawing is read and rendered by your own browser and never leaves your machine.
